The Demo and Business Qualification Service serves two primary purposes:

2. DEFINITIONS

• "Demo and Business Qualification Service" means the demonstration version of our B2B Sales Chatbot AI available on our website
• "Full Service" means our complete B2B Sales Chatbot solution available by subscription

3.2 Operational Process

When using the Demo and Business Qualification Service:

• You may submit questions ("user questions") to which our system will generate relevant answers
• The system will only display answers that meet certain relevance criteria
• You may receive qualification questions from the system to assess your business needs
• Your responses to qualification questions may trigger follow-up questions to obtain more complete information
• All interactions are processed through our application and utilize third-party services including external large language models provided by Anthropic and Google (Gemini API)

3.3 Limitations

The Demo and Business Qualification Service has the following limitations compared to our Full Service:

• Usage may be subject to rate limiters that restrict the frequency of interactions
• Sign-up or login requirements may be implemented at any time, particularly to prevent usage by potentially competitive organizations
• No access to backend features including Dashboard, Reporting, User Feedback, or User Behavior Analysis
• Cannot be implemented on your own website
• Cannot be customized with information about your specific business, products, or services (which would require a "custom demo")
• Conversation history is stored for 12 months

3.4 Transition to Full Service

Transitioning from the Demo and Business Qualification Service to our Full Service requires:

• A separate contractual agreement
• An implementation and configuration project
• Acceptance of our Full Service Terms of Service

4. BUSINESS QUALIFICATION PURPOSE

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Demo and Business Qualification Service will ask questions designed to assess your business needs
• Your responses will be used to determine if our Full Service is suitable for your business
• We may use this information to tailor any follow-up communications or proposals to your specific business requirements
• Your qualification information may be reviewed by our sales team to provide appropriate recommendations
• Based on the Business Qualification Service capability, you might be contacted by us

5. USER OBLIGATIONS
